We rejected plastic and adhesives. Inspired by aerospace technology, we built the Moon Box entirely out of riveted aluminium, making it stronger and lighter.

As we travel, we notice the climate change on our planet. That is why we want to produce things that can last the owner for years. In designing the Ersa Moon Box, we have almost completely omitted glue and plastic. The construction of the cabinets is entirely made of riveted aluminium.

Did you know that more than 70% of the aluminium ever produced by man is still in circulation? Aluminium is an extraordinary material that can be recycled infinitely without loss of quality.

Featherweight for long journeys

Moon Box Adventure weighs only 7,72 kg, but you can easily pack up to 80 litres of your luggage in it. It’s the lightest modular piece of furniture of this class available on the market.

Armoured design in a friendly housing

Moon Box structure is made entirely of aluminium. Structural components are cut, bent and creased to an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The fit of the structural components and their riveting can be compared to aerospace technology. This is why Moon Boxes look so good and are so robust.
