Returns and refunds:
We refund all returns made within 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty/damaged without the need to justify and at no cost (except supplementary costs).

Same day exchange for new item is possible with deposit option.

Terms and conditions:
We aim to ship same working day as the order is placed - Monday to Friday. For APC Overnight you should get your order next day on the area of UK where the APC service is valid.
The final shipping fees for special orders over the phone may vary.
