The MAXXFAN Deluxe is fully controlled by remote control. You can open and close the skylight and determine the operation of the fan (IN-OUT) by selecting one of 10 speeds or by setting the desired temperature via a thermostat. The MaxxFan allows you to bring in the fresh air and remove stale air along with unwanted smells.
