Refillable and standard LPG propane gas cylinder bottle difference
What is the difference between standard and refillable gas cylinder? As you can see on the video below refillable LPG bottle is equipped with a special overfill protection valve which prevents to overfill the bottle with propane. Safe level is 80% and it is not to possible to control on standard bottle without a weight during refill process. With refillable gas cylinder you do not need to worry about overfill as the valve stops LPG filling when the bottle is 80% full. Both standard and refillable bottles are normally equipped with safety relief valves set up to open at 27bar pressure.
