Bobil Air Xchange Water Heater

The Bobil Air Xchange uses the hot air expelled from your diesel heater to heat your water through use of heat exchangers. 

By pumping water through a heat exchanger (which is attached to a diesel heater) the Bobil Air Xchange transfers heat from the blown air into the water allowing you to wash up, do dishes or have a hot shower.  

You can set the temperature you would like the water to be, and it will automatically switch off when it hits it. 

If you are worried about the kit heating up your van, there is a diverter included as standard which means you can direct the hot air out of your van whilst you heat your water. Alternatively, if you want to keep warm in winter, you can set the diverter to a 'middle' position, so it heats you van and the water at the same time. This diverter can be controlled by an option diverter cable to remote control of the diverter valve.

You can now order the Bobil Xchange system with our new Bobil Smart Controller. This automatically controls the diverter valve based on whether you want to heat air or water.

The Bobil Smart requires certain software for your heater type. Please enter your diesel/LPG/petrol heater make and model into the box provided.

The Bobil Smart eliminates the need for the diverter cable as it is all controlled automatically. It also can be connected to level sensors to give extra functionality.

You can also now connect this system with our new underfloor heating kit to provide underfloor heating, as well as hot water and hot air, making it a 3-in-1 heating system!

Kit Contains

• 1 x 12L/18L non vented tank, or option to remove tank (OPTIONAL)
• 4 x Tank connectors.
• Dual Heat Exchanger + Adaptors (60, 75, or 90mm)
• Hot air diverter (60, 75, or 90mm) + optional remote cable
• All needed fittings, barbs, splitters, hose clamps
• PVC pipe for overflow
• Circulation pump + Silicone Hose
• Dual Temperature controller or Bobil Smart Controller
• Drain kit
• Outlet Pump

Please note - this system is not pressurised, so an overflow must be fitted. Pipe included for this.
